I worked long hard hours when I was younger and the damage to my body didn't show until I was in my fourties. I discovered, rather unpleasantly that I have destroyed my back, with tears in my lower lumber getting around has been rather uncomfortable. Age has also found me visiting the bathroom several times each night. This is absolutely the truth. I have degenerative disc disease and after two months on the same Genesis and Ultra Vitality the swelling and pain in my back is gone. I was able to get out of bed normally for the first time in over 12 years!
